Completely renovated condominium in the popular Ocean House building on Lewes Beach. This bay front unit has a newly designed open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living all in one. The sleek lines of the kitchen with modern cabinetry and appliances is perfect for preparing meals on your vacation. The newly furnished space is perfect for relaxation. The bay front area with Queen bed can be left open or closed off with hanging curtains. The back bedroom with a set of twins is all freshly furnished.

You can't beat the location or views from this unit. Close walking to the beach or downtown in Lewes.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  We’ve been vacationing at Ocean House for three years now and will never voluntarily go anywhere else! The unit is comfortable, with a full kitchen and great access to the bay. But the VIEW is what’s best! We had to spend some time indoors because of rain and wind, but just watching the beach made for fun vacay days. Chris at Berkshire Hathaway Realty has been so responsive and helpful with the reservations. Can’t wait til next year!

  Started off chilly and rainy and ended rainy! But the condo was top notch which made up for rainy weather! Arrived with ac malfunction but management office was very responsive in contacting owner who was so gracious and kind. He and his technician arrived 30 minutes later and made the ac right in under an hour! We so enjoyed conversing with the owner and definitely hope to rent his unit next year. The unit was clean and tidy with high end appliances and being on the beach side the sunrises and sunsets were a plus. Well done Bob and thanks again for your kindness and hospitality!

  This will be our third year renting the ocean house unit 5A. We find the Location to be excellent. Accommodations are very good with only one exception. The main bed at the unit is just way too soft for us, therefore, we have accommodated that only flaw with an air mattress which we brought. Otherwise it’s nearly perfect accommodations for us.
