13 Ocean Pointe, 6 New Orleans Street

Just a stone's throw to the beach, 13 Ocean Pointe is located in the ocean block of New Orleans in Dewey Beach. This lovely home offers ocean views from the front decks, remodeled bathrooms, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, tiled first floor, "smart" TV in living room and WiFi. This multi-level town home is perfect for the vacationer who wants to park their car and not move it all week. An easy walk to restaurants and nightlife, this property only rents for 6 weeks in the summer, so call early! Two parking spaces under carport with 7' height limit and one space in lot. No Pets permitted. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  We have been renting same unit 13 ocean pointe for the past 6 yrs same week in July... very pleased with location, comfortable furniture and layout, quality service from Liz Finn at Berkshire Hathaway. We love eating at Matt’s Fish camp and Blue Coast. Love Vanderwende’s ice cream, Woody’s to go shrimp.

  We have been renting at Ocean Pointe for the past three years. The units are spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The only negative about Unit 13 is that the Master Bedroom is set up with two double beds. I understand the reasoning behind this, but would prefered to be upstairs with the private bath.

  We have rented Unit 13 4 yrs in a row same week and it’s a comfortable and very convenient home for our family reunions. Liz Finn and her staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The home is clean, and very nice kitchen with great appliances. We choose the linen/towel rental and they set it up for us which makes it easier for us. Liz and office staff are always available to answer questions! Highly recommend Berkshire Hathaway home services PenFed Realty!

  When we arrived the house was very clean, we had ordered linen package prior to our arrival and it was put on all beds. Kitchen is well stocked had everything we needed! We love the layout of the house and the front porch is fabulous we can see the ocean and enjoy a meal or just relax. New sofa loveseat is comfortable and clean! Love the floors throughout the living room and kitchen.
