OCEAN FRONT!!! You can't get any closer to the beach than this! Ocean Pointe townhomes are multi-level units located on New Orleans Street in Dewey Beach. Unit 7 faces the ocean and has gorgeous views! Sit on your ocean front decks and hear the waves crash. With accommodations for nine, this unit is perfect for the vacationer that wants location, location, location! Wireless Internet, Smart TV's and three parking spaces available. Totally renovated in 2017 . . . updated kitchen and baths, new sliders & storm shutters, granite counters, etc . . . and the unit is smoke-free! Ocean Pointe has a no group ordinance. Cleaning fee $180 for less than 7 night stay. No Pets. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Our accommodations were very nice. we knew the house, having stayed there last year. My only complaint is how cold the king bedrooms get for night time to try to keep next level cool. Tried to plug 2 heaters in at once and tripped a breaker. In addition, wish the linen package could be customized because we did not need every thing provided.

  We really enjoy staying at Ocean Point 7. We would like to stay every year at the same place. The only issues we had was the place was not cleaned. Next year when we come we would like the place to be cleaned when the cleaning company starts. Also when we see anything broken we contact Jamie immediately and take pictures. We do not want them to think we did it. Looking forward in July 2024 staying at Ocean Point 7. Thank You Cindy Randall

  Property was well maintained, beds were comfortable, great location with much within walking distance. We were fortunate that neighbors were very quiet. Both side units are not rentals. Plan to reserve again.
  Only problem we had was the traffic. Would not rent again the 4th of July week, but the fireworks are great from the back balcony.

  Overall a good stay for 2 weeks with the family.
  
  A couple of points:
  1) there was a "soiled" mattress cover jammed in the closet in the upstairs bedroom. When we called, someone from the reality came and removed it without issue and was very apologetic. We then got a call from the realty that the owner wanted to send us a package given the circumstances which was wonderful, but we never received!
  
  2) HVAC filters - there was dust buildup on the ceiling and walls of bedrooms coming from AC vents. Needs improved service / cleaning
  
  3) cleaning service - what do they really do if we need to clean / make beds before we leave? Not worth the money you / we pay.
