You will enjoy your morning coffee in the sun-lit Florida room featuring brand new windows; keep up with the outside world on the flat screen television & high speed internet. Home also has a DVD, Hi-Efficiency washer and dryer, shared outdoor shower area & 2 off street parking spots. Not only are you just a few steps to the ocean and bay but this Houston St, North Dewey location makes for a perfect vacation offering wider beaches and no high-rise buildings nearby! Close to many local restaurants and bars but also conveniently away from the bar noise. Closer to Rehoboth Beach for a short walk in to town and near the Jolley Trolley stops. Need more space? Rent Unit # 6, another 3 BR, 2 BA unit on the 2nd floor! Guest pays a $120 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. NOTE FROM THE OWNER: This is our family's beach house and we rent to a few families throughout the summer (when we do not use it). We rent to mature, responsible adults only!! No party rentals! The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. Total Occupancy is 6. Property is located at 1103 KING CHARLES AVENUE, Dewey Beach. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  1103 King Charles Ave Unit 5 is comfortable, close to the beach and has parking for 2 vehicles. The unit has a full (including tub) bathroom off the main hall and another with a shower off the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and washer/drawer works well. I wanted to bring the dishwasher home. There is a small space inside the back door for beach chairs/cart. The only negative is that there are many breakable knicknacks in each room. If you are bringing kids like we were (or are generally accident prone), be prepared to quickly put these in a closet upon arrival. There is also not a good location for bikes to be stored.
