Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee with each stay. 2nd floor unit. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company.   I am considering the price when I make my ratings - because this condo was very affordable. So my expectations were low. Toilets are old and the. place needs a comfortable chair in the living room.

  We enjoyed our stay at this condo that we had to do it a second time. We love that it is simple and in close proximity to all our needs. The best part for us is that it suited our children. It had games for them to play and a small bed for our 3 year old to sleep on. We look forward to staying at the property again in the future.

  We had an awesome time on our first trip to Rehoboth . This was was a wonderful place to stay with the family. Very clean and had everything we needed. The only inconvenience was the location of entering the property Good location next to shopping and about 10 minutes from the beach. But no available access to turn right into the condo coming from the beach, had to keep making a u-turn and come back around in order to go into the property. But overall we loved our stay!
