MINI-WEEKS AVAILABLE! OCEAN BLOCK...WITH THE BEST SCREENED PORCH IN REHOBOTH! This five bedroom, three and a half bath beach house is loaded with old Rehoboth Beach charm. Located in The Pines, 15 Park Avenue is under a half block to beautiful "Deauville" Beach. The fabulous screened porch is the perfect spot for meals, games and happy hour with the whole family! Walk the boards to Funland or for a casual or gourmet dinner at one of Rehoboth's fabulous eateries. The property is just 4 blocks to the north end of the boardwalk and a short bike ride to Gordon's Pond State Park, where you can keep peddling on the bike trail to Historic Lewes. Off-street parking available for three vehicles! Wireless Internet and dogs permitted with a minimum non-refundable $300 fee addendum (sorry, no cats). Guests pay a cleaning fee of $210 for stays under 7 nights.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  The best feature of this house is the location but once inside it is dreary-the lights were not working when we arrived and the basement had a flood-the airconditioner filters were so impacted that they were a heath hazard- the outdoor tables were unusable due to mold.

  Had a very good extended family stay at the beach. The house was spacious and well-located near to the beach and town. The large screened porch on the front of the house was ideal for family dinners and game nights.

  This was our fourth time staying on Park Avenue and we continue to enjoy the wonderful, screened in front porch and the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Because we have multiple cars, the long driveway is a great perk. Although the kitchen area is small, we manage to make meals easily and the dining room table is large enough for all of us whether eating or playing games. The location in the Pines section of Rehoboth is a quiet neighborhood.

  Our family had a wonderful, hot week in Rehoboth Beach! We love staying in The Pines section as it is a more residential and quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and within walking distance to town. Our diverse group, from 17-78 years of age, found many activities in the area in addition to the beach-biking, rock climbing, surf fishing, museum exploring, dining, mini- and regular golfing, dining out, and shopping. It was restfful, refreshing, and Rejuvenating.

  15 Park is a comfortable older style home. It affords plenty of sleeping arrangements. It's no fa cy but more than adequate.
  Wonderful porch which provides additional living space. Plenty of off street parking. The porch could use a paint job.
