Up another flight of stairs, guests will enter the loft area that functions as the third bedroom. There is also an outdoor 12 X 9 bluestone patio for tenants to enjoy. Rental guests at this home can also pack light - the owner provides bikes and beach chairs for use during your stay! They can be found in the garage below this unit. Property has off-street parking for one car, and the owner also provides one on-street parking permit for use at any non-metered parking spots in Rehoboth Beach. Home is cooled with A/C Units. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee with every stay. No smoking please. NO PETS. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
