MINI JULY 4TH WEEK AVAILABLE! PARK YOUR CAR FOR THE WEEK! Philadelphia Square is located less than two blocks to the beach and boardwalk in South Rehoboth. Your favorite shops and restaurants are also just steps away! This two-story townhouse has room for everyone, with a very a spacious, open floor plan on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. WIFI, CAC, Washer/Dryer and 2 off-street parking spaces are provided, plus 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit. Rents Saturday to Saturday and "mini-weeks" in the off-season. Pets are not allowed, but owner has had a dog in the home.
Guests pay a $150.00 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  The railing on the 2nd floor overlooking the stairs is unsafe. The spindles are so far apart that my 31⁄2 year old could fit between them. We spent the whole week worried about her safety and making sure we were right next to her any time she was near the railing. There is also a ladder going up to a loft that was off-limts. It doesnt make sense why you would leave the ladder in place when the area is off limits. But yet there was a sign posted by the ladder that you must not move the ladder.
  
  The house itself is really nice, but I can't get past these safety issues. If these don't get addressed, this should be listed as a no-children allowed rental.

    Thank you for your feedback, and for taking the time to share your concerns. We’re truly sorry to hear that the railing and loft ladder created stress during your stay. Guest safety—especially for children—is incredibly important to us, and we take your comments seriously. Regarding the railing, we understand how concerning it must have been as a parent. We are currently reviewing the spacing of the spindles to ensure it meets updated safety standards and are exploring options to make that area more secure for families with young children. As for the loft ladder, it’s intended to remain fixed in place for structural reasons, but we understand how its presence might be confusing or concerning when the area is off-limits. We're evaluating better ways to restrict access and clarify expectations for guests going forward. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and helping us improve the space.

  We had never been to Rehoboth and had no idea how tight the parking situation was. There was some confusion at first on the address listed and the actual location but the property management was very helpful. Having two parking spots for the unit was terrific. The house was in walking distance to everything which was was also terrific. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we will definitely stay here for every visit!

  The rental was in a great location to the beach, boardwalk and main section of town. It was wonderful to have 2 off street parking spots too! The until was clean and fairly well stocked. Two of the three bedrooms didn’t cool down very much, but that was the only negative.
