Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this spacious townhouse with decks, community pool and tennis.

This three story town home features a first floor bedroom with hall bath and a third floor with two additional bedrooms and bath (one is en-suite). The living area, dining and kitchen are all on the second floor with a front deck perfect for sun worshipers.

Spend your day kayaking, sailing or swimming in the calm waters of the Delaware Bay. If waves are more your style, this unit is a short car or bike ride to the Cape Henlopen State Park. This unit has a small partial view of the water.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  We were excited to stay in Port Lewes however this property was a big disappointment. The place needs a deep cleaning. Carpets are very dirty to the point that we never took our shoes off. The grime on the kitchen cabinets, dirty and corroded burner rings and dirty oven kept us from cooking in. We found mold on the ceiling air vent over the front door. Also the outdoor shower was covered in green mold.
  The upholstery was dirty so we sat on the kitchen chairs- after removing the dirty cushions.
  It’s a shame because the location is so convenient, beautiful views of the bay and the grounds of the property are so nice.
  We will not be returning to this property.

  This was our first time renting through penfed and the company was great to work with, excellent customer service. We have stayed in the port Lewes community before and love the location. We were happy to find this property on a last minute notice. The location of the property can't be beat! It has the proximity we need and beach space we want etc. And amenities. The property itself could use a little love. A fresh coat of paint could go a long way. We noticed a lot of old water spots. There were also some cob webs in the halls. It needs someone to give it the love it deserves. Overall we were happy and spent most of our time at the beach or out. We are interested in renting in port Lewes again for next summer.

  Disappointed in the upkeep of this place. We’ve stayed in other condos on this property before but this was by far the worst one. The black mold in and around the vents on the bottom floor made it uninhabitable. Literally bought an air mattress and put it on the top floor in a bedroom to attempt to escape breathing that in! The furniture was fresh out of a college dorm and felt more like used patio furniture. The decks could use a stain.

  Disappointed in some aspects of the property. The major problems are that frame on the couch in the living room is cracked and the cushion is so thin that it is uncomfortable. The vent over the doorway on the first floor looked as though it had mold on it. Two of the vertical blinds would not work properly. And there were ants in the unit.
