JUST CHARMING IN NORTH SHORES! JUST 2.5 BLOCKS TO THE PRIVATE BEACH. This adorable 3 Bedroom 2 bath beach cottage is located in the private community of North Shores just north of Rehoboth Beach. Home also offers ceiling fans, screened-in porch, an outdoor shower and a fabulous deck. Have a cloudy day? Watch your favorite shows with Google TV. Enjoy the community pool and tennis available by the hour when not beaching it. The neighborhood is located adjacent to the Delaware State Park which offers a wonderful bike, jogging and walking trail to Historic Lewes. As a renter of North Shores you will also enjoy the following community amenities besides the pool and tennis courts: marina, kayak launch, tot lot, private beach with umbrella/chair rental services. Saturday to Saturday, NO Smoking, NO PETS. Occupancy limit 8: Beds: 1 king, 2 twins and 2 sets of bunks. GROUP RENTALS ABSOLUTELY PROBITED IN NORTH SHORES. A Group is any number occupants, which exceeds 3 unrelated persons. Air conditioning plus heat for those September nights. Guests pay a $155.00 cleaning fee per stay. Guests pay a $100 per week Amenity Fee for rentals between 5/23/26 through 9/5/26.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  First,I would like to talk about the layout of the house. It would be helpful for families of this house was described differently. We did not realize that the twin bed bedrooms were not "completely enclosed and/or joined" with the living room and master bedroom area. We could not let our young child with special needs sleep practically alone and unprotected. So we all had to sleep in the master bedroom which was not what was expected. Second, the locks in the house are horrible. A few times we thought we might be locked out because we could not get the keys to turn properly. Third, there were ants in the kitchen. We could not leave a tomato on the counter because after a few minutes we would see ants. Fourth, we found a pair of underwear tucked in the side of one of the couches.
  My family stayed and made the best of our vacation even with these issues. I chose to email the rental company after we left because I didn't think anything would be done and as of this post (4 days later) I have not heard from them.

  Had a great time in this kitschy open air beach bungalow. Note: during the hotter times of year, or for those with young kids like us... we were surprised to find that the center of the house is a full screened in space. It was fantastic in the first week of June with a pleasant breeze and the smell of the ocean but may be hot during July/August. We loved it though and would come back for sure!

  We can't wait to come back yer after year. If I could afford it, I'd grab up more weeks. A modest little home - cozy and perfect for our family of 5. The outdoor shower is my favorite part and sitting on the porch to read my book on a rainy day. I'd recommend it to a friend in a heartbeat, but I don't want anyone else to take our weeks :)
