Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.   We love Rodney it’s like a family tradition we’ve been to Rodney probably 10-12 times now and it feels like home! The only problem we had was the wifi wouldn’t work this time, and we could not locate the router to try and get it up and running, most of us just used our hot spot! Nice to see the new oven in the house! Always clean!

  We have been renting properties in Rehoboth Beach for 23 years. This is a wonderful home well suited for our needs. The only issue was the bathtub / shower drains in the bathrooms need to be Roto-Rootered. The water did not drain well, so the outdoor shower came in handy!

  I have rented this property several times in the past. Location is great and lots of sleeping space for a large group. The new gas grill is appreciated. A couple of improvements needed: 1) Kitchen pots, pans, utensils include unnecessary redundancy in some cases and helter skelter storage. Just difficult to work in. 2) The porch furniture and carpet should be upgraded. Really cheap, unattractive and uncomfortable. No lounge this year that we always had in the past.
