All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  The house Ned’s a lot of tender loving care. The pictures were deceiving. The shades needed to be upgraded. The wall was separated from the floor. My friend put a board in front of the hole so nothing could get in.
  When I had problems they came immediately. The front porch was lovely and the location was great.

  We really enjoyed our stay! It had a spacious living room and kitchen/dining room, and four bedrooms that worked well for our number of people. We enjoyed the screened-in porch as well as the back yard. The outdoor shower was great after our beach time! It was an easy walk to Lewes Beach or drive to the state park.

  My daughter, grandson (2yo) and I had the best time! The kitchen was well equipped and spacious, the beds were comfortable, the beach a five-minute walk and the town about ten. We rode bikes or walked nearly everywhere. Savannah is a busy road and on weekends a bit loud -and it was quite warm during our stay- but with the air conditioning on it was quiet and comfortable. We look forward to returning!

  The house was clean and the kitchen nice but I can’t say much more for a house that cost $2600 a week (including taxes etc). I’ve gotten a lot more bang for my buck. The master bedroom is in the front and you hear traffic all day and night. The front porch is the only place to sit outside. I felt like I was in some poor town where people sit on their porch and watch traffic or view the empty building across the street. Why not activate your back yard? There is no landscaping which would help as when you are on the porch everyone knows your business (some wave as they walk by). There are holes in the wall where I assume there used to be pictures and the carpet in the living room has a big stain. There are patches on the chair. Not a bad place if it wasn’t $2600 a week off season.

  Place had terrible lighting. Everything was beat up and old. Needs a complete make over. Shades terrible. Curtain terrible. Couldn’t open windows. No cable last day because the people didn’t pay the bill. Had to call realtor. Would not rent that place again. No light bulbs in the living. Left Friday night. room.
