2nd floor apartment close to the beach and downtown Lewes! Owners have thought of all of the comforts when furnishing this apartment and you are sure to find it very appealing. One bedroom and one bathroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area accommodate a total of three or rent along with the first floor unit to sleep a total of 7. Linen package and cleaning are included!! Lovely large deck to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails! This property is available with a two night minimum anytime.

This property does not allow pets. 2 night minimums anytime

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

  What more could I ask for? This well appointed 1 bedroom apartment 2 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from shops and great restaurants was just what I needed for a beach get away. The bike path to Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehoboth Beach was right across the street. One of my best vacation rental experiences. Highly recommend!

  Everything with the house was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with stuff you need when you like cooking. It was clean. Cute. Couldn't have asked for better.
  My only disappointment was with payment. VRBO gave Discover as an option. When it came time to pay, it didn't offer Discover as an option. I tried to work it out with Berkshire and was advised that there would be a "fee" for that and it wouldn't "worth" it.

  A great find for a quick getaway in LEWES - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the historic area. The updated kitchen and bath were nicely appointed. Beach towels were a nice surprise with the included linens! Parking was easy. A problem with the internet was promptly addressed and resolved. A great spot for two.

  308 B Savannah Road was so convenient to walk to the beach or to restaurants and shops. Lewes is a very bike friendly town with great bike trails.
  The space is a bit dated, but comfortable we were very happy with our stay.

  Nickle and dimed us to death. Rude reception when we tried to beat the beach traffic and check in before 3. Made us come all the back to the office to fill get a second swipe at the Labor Day beach traffic. Had to make our own beds, no curtain on one of the bedroom windows, God forbid you inadvertently close the door without a key, you know when you are having a glass of wine on the porch. $95 fee to let us back in. Too many rules, too many fees and rude “service.” Cold day in **** when I stay with these bozos.

  Location good. Agent gave us a folder with instruction and directions. The location was further away than instructed the house was on north Savannah When we found it the key would not open the door. It was a combo lock with key slot. We called the office and it was closed! No emergency number. Hours passed so I tried an old friend who is a carpenter he dove down to us and jiggled the door open with a tool. We then oiled the lock and worked the key and finally it opened. Flat was in need of updating.But workable. If an agent had taken us there or followed us I think we would not have lost half a day not to mention the angst. We were surpisedcagent even stopped by to check. Poor machine like service! Would not use them again nor recommend them!
