This property is the end unit closest to the ocean within Seabreeze - with views of the ocean and the bay from the owner's suite and 2nd fl. deck. New owners have painted throughout, updated decor, added comfy new furniture to the living room and bedrooms, 3 large, smart TVs, new deck furniture, keyless entry and a brand new HVAC system! This unit enjoys a small ocean view and faces Read Street with access from McKinley Avenue. Enjoy a good book on the first level screened porch or either of the decks on the second or third levels, take a dip in the community pool or take a short walk to the beach at the end of the street. After a relaxing day in the sun, you can walk to the many restaurants and bars in Dewey or hop on the Jolly Trolley to visit the boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. Can't vacation without your furry friend? You're in luck as this property is dog friendly with a pet fee and addendum. Book full weeks in season or mini-weeks in pre and post season. WiFi, and two parking spaces provided. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  Chelsea was great! Place was adequate - empty water bottles found in bedroom upon arrival, overall cleanliness of place upon arrival was poor, couch was very worn and dirty, bottom level smelled musty. Day 1 of vacation we could use pool and then the pool went down hill from there. It was murky, dirty, filled with suntan lotion/oil. It looked and felt disgusting and we were appalled but its condition and lack of daily maintenance. When looking for a place, the pool was your selling point because we wanted one for our stay so the fact that we could not enjoy it really sucked for our family of 7! The weather was extremely hot that week and the ocean was filled with jellyfish. Needless to say, we were not happy at all. I did communicate this all to our realtor and we were refunded $300. The compensation fell short of aligning with the level of impact the unusable pool had on our stay.

Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we've already followed up with our housekeeping team to ensure higher standards are consistently met. Regarding the pool, we completely understand how frustrating it was not to be able to enjoy it—especially since it was a key factor in your decision to book. That said, the maintenance and condition of the pool are overseen by the Condo Association, and unfortunately, it’s outside the direct control of the owner. Per the terms of the rental agreement, refunds are not typically issued for amenities managed by third parties. However, in this case, the owner went above and beyond by providing a $300 refund as a gesture of goodwill and recognition of the impact this had on your experience. We truly value your feedback and hope you’ll consider staying with us again in the future, giving us the opportunity to provide the relaxing and enjoyable stay you were hoping for.

  A lovely townhome with lots of room, we had our adult kids, grandkids and granddogs with us! We enjoyed the many decks, the pool and being so close to the ocean! Very clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Would have liked to have beach chairs provided vs bringing ours. Would stay there again!

  We’ve stayed in a condo at Seabreeze in Dewey twice now and both times it was an excellent experience. The house was spotless, modern, comfortable and safe. Location can’t be better, about 150 yards to the dunes and right on the main drag for walking to and fro restaurants, bars, music venues, and also right on the trolley line to downtown Rehoboth. Great combination of bedrooms configurations and love that it had so many bathrooms and outdoor seating areas. The pool is a must for us, with a young child, and it was clean and well-maintained. We love staying here and working with BHHS is wonderful.

  There has been many improvements since the new owners took over and most are positive. However one that everyone noticed is the new bathroom door off the kitchen, everyone agree it needs an inside handle. The air conditioning has been an issue since day 1. The bottom floor which my daughter uses because of her MS, it's easier for her to get in an out of is so hot it flairs up her MS while the top floor is usually too cold. David who lives permanently in a unit says his is also. It's probably a design flaw but it sure creates a problem. And this year with the new thermostat it almost seems like it's programmed to turn down at night. No matter if we turned it down or not it seemed to higher. Also since day 1 the dishwasher has a mind of it's own. Sometimes it will start and sometimes not. Usually after multiple tries we could get it to start but on our last night we couldn't and had to wash them by hand. Overall we're pretty happy with the unit however as my daughter's MS gets worse we may have to look at other properties because the heat and cold bother her a lot.
