STEPS TO THE BEACH AND BARS! Ocean Block Townhouse in Seabreeze Village is located on McKinley Avenue and Read Avenue in Dewey Beach. Unit 10 is a multi-level town home situated directly in front of the community swimming pool. Sit on your screened porch located off the first floor bedroom or take a short walk to the end of the street to the beach, which is a minute away! Wireless Internet, outdoor shower and two parking spaces provided. Community Gas Grill is steps away for an afternoon or evening BBQ. Guests staying under 7 nights pay a $160 cleaning fee. Pet is permitted with minimum $300 fee and signed addendum. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  The location can’t be beat for a three level home with a pool. You can walk to everything and the beach is a five minute walk down a quiet street. The property management is very nice and responsive. The place is very comfortable- comfortable couch and very comfy beds. There was plenty of space for six of us and it also allows pets- but know that it’s one dog and there are many breed restrictions. The bathrooms are very outdated but functional. The stove is very finicky. All the burners don’t quite work right. The negative that bothered us most was the under the surface level of cleanliness. The carpet needed to be cleaned- the property management offered to do that while we were there but we chose not to do that. The vents were extremely dusty. There was mold inside the washing machine and overall the washer dryer are pretty old and dirty. There was mold around the trim in the tub. That stuff is pretty gross and unhealthy. If they can stay on top of those things everything would be great. We will definitely go again but next time will know to ask that they check those items before our arrival.

  Pros - beach block, central location, dog friendly , large selection of beach supplies , early check in allowed.
  
  Cons- high cost for value. Property not clean,took us a day or two to make manageable. needs updating in regards to furniture. Bathrooms very run down. Lots of trash and cigarette butts in pool area. Many outlets non functioning.

  We were first time renters at Seabreeze 10 and can’t wait to go back. Our townhouse was conveniently located in the heart of Dewey Beach and an easy walk to the beach. The townhouse was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, and we didn’t have any problems parking. Would highly recommend Seabreeze 10 and the staff at Penfed Realty.

  We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful condo in Dewey Beach, Delaware, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Our family spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful coastal town, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our stay at 10 Seabreeze Village. First and foremost, the location of the condo was absolutely perfect. Situated just a short walk from the beach, we were able to enjoy the sun, sand and surf whenever we pleased. The convenience of being so close to the beach made it easy for us to spend quality time together as a family. Also, having the pool was a great asset that we enjoyed after a long day on the beach, adding endless hours of fund and relaxation.   Had another great year at 10 Seabreeze. House was good, but you may want to replace the brown chairs with metal legs at pool. The legs are rusted on all chairs with 1 broken off. Someone could get injured.
