The downstairs air conditioning wasnt working well and we were there during a sweltering week, but overall a nice stay - good location and house was spacious for my party of 9.

  • Manager Responded on 10/16/2026

Hi Patricia, Thank you for taking the time to reivew the property. I am glad you liked the house and the location is great. I apologize that the A/C did not seem to be keeping during the heat wave up while you were here. The owner did have it looked at when I let him know you had reported that. Best, Kim

This was a comfortable house in a great location! Our family of 12, ages 13 mos to 67 years were able to walk to the beach, downtown, boardwalk, Funland and a small park just across the street. We didnt have to juggle parking or car seats to go places and were able to enjoy lots of outings and activities.

  • Manager Responded on 9/3/2026

Thanks for the great feedback! We are so glad the location worked out perfectly for your entire family and made exploring the beach, park, and boardwalk effortless. Not having to deal with car seats and parking is a true beach vacation win! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to see you all again soon! BHHS PenFed Realty

We stayed at a beautiful house at 702 Scarborough. The house had everything we needed and was exceptionally comfortable. A couple of problems that we had were immediately acknowledged and resolved by Kim at BHHS PenFed.
Our family would definitely stay at this property again!

The location of the house was convenient. The furniture in the living room appeared very dingy. The lighting in the living room was minimal. The beds on the first floor were small and the mattresses were lumpy. I felt that the house seemed tired. The outdoor shower was not inviting.

We have been to Rehoboth several times and totally enjoyed our stay. The house is clean enough and well-maintained. We especially liked having two living rooms. The kitchen is basic, decently stocked, and user friendly. We could easily walk to most activities from the house—restaurants, beach, Funland, shopping, and to visit our lovely cousins nearby.

It was very easy to book our Rehoboth Beach vacation with Berkshire Hathaway. Our usual annual rental had to cancel us and it was hard to find a replacement to fit our needs. The house we rented turned out to be a pleasant surprise and one family member said it was the best year so far!

This is was our second summer renting 702 Scarborough Avenue. We love this house! The layout and number of bedrooms are perfect for our family of 10, which includes 4 little ones under the age of 5. The house was immaculate with a well- equipped kitchen. The location is great - we were able to walk everywhere - to restaurants, the park (huge hit), the beach, and boardwalk. The blocks are long, but it’s still very doable. We met the owner who was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Another wonderful vacation! We hope to return soon!
