This two-story home is spacious with five bedrooms, two living areas, large dining room area and six TV's! Will comfortably accommodate a large family of 12 and even your furry family member. Kids waterlogged from the ocean? Take a short stroll to the community playground located in the 4th block of Stockley Street near Silver Lake. Wireless Internet and a smoke-free environment. Pets permitted with pet fee and Addendum.
Guests pay $150.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.   The location of the house was convenient. The furniture in the living room appeared very dingy. The lighting in the living room was minimal. The beds on the first floor were small and the mattresses were lumpy. I felt that the house seemed tired. The outdoor shower was not inviting.

  We have been to Rehoboth several times and totally enjoyed our stay. The house is clean enough and well-maintained. We especially liked having two living rooms. The kitchen is basic, decently stocked, and user friendly. We could easily walk to most activities from the house—restaurants, beach, Funland, shopping, and to visit our lovely cousins nearby.

  This is was our second summer renting 702 Scarborough Avenue. We love this house! The layout and number of bedrooms are perfect for our family of 10, which includes 4 little ones under the age of 5. The house was immaculate with a well- equipped kitchen. The location is great - we were able to walk everywhere - to restaurants, the park (huge hit), the beach, and boardwalk. The blocks are long, but it’s still very doable. We met the owner who was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Another wonderful vacation! We hope to return soon!
