Close to the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor and wave pools, restaurant, fitness center, tennis, hot tubs, spa and golf. Golf: If golf piques your interest, relish in the experience of play throughout gorgeous natural landscape on The Peninsula’s 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature course. This 7,200-yard, par 72 golf course is the first private Jack Nicklaus Signature Design course in Delaware. Lakeside Village: Enjoy a swim in the Junior-Olympic indoor pool. A 2500 square-foot fitness center hosts modern equipment and ceiling to floor windows and mirrors. There is an outdoor basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a tennis complex with eight courts, all lit for night time play, and two large outdoor pool (one adult pool and one wave pool). There is also a full system of walking trails that wind throughout the entire community. And unwind after your exercise with a massage in the Calm Water Spa. Nearby Amenities: The Peninsula is located a short drive from Rehoboth Beach, which is known to many as "The Nation's Summer Capital”. Rehoboth offers a wide range of shopping adventures and an array of fine dining options. The magnificent mile-long boardwalk was awarded the title of "Best of America" by Reader's and is lined with shops, restaurants and lots of entertainment for the whole family. Just a mile south of Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach offers a more up-tempo atmosphere and night-life with lots of live music venues. The Peninsula on the Indian River Bay: Situated on nearly 800 acres that include a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, a carefully crafted Lakeside Village Center, and a Nature and Exploration Center.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not accept pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  We were joined at different times by both sons and their families plus the grandchildren brought friends. The house was a great fit for all and very well with all of the necessary amenities. The bikes were a very nice surprise that saw a lot of use !

  Enjoyed the amenities and location to club house. Easy to get to Rehoboth beach and outlets. Queen size beds.. felt very small for 2 adults. Enjoyed having the crib and high chair there. Overall it was a great vacation and the house was good size for 8 adults and 2 children. Loved the back deck overlooking the golf course.

  Wow! House was so much bigger than we expected. We had a great view. Sat on back porch facing a lake and golf course watching Herons, turtles, birds and the colorful golfer. Everyone had an extremely comfortable bed. We enjoyed unexpected fireworks one night. Took advantage of our passes to the pools, tennis, several play grounds and pickle ball. Not to mention Tower Beach in North Bethany . Got dinner from the Clubhouse.
  The house was well stocked. (We used the linens package) parking we thought was going to be tricky, it wasn’t. The neighbors were a charming couple. Love the Peninsula! Worse part is there aren’t very many houses for rent there.
