OCEAN VIEWS AND BREEZES! You cannot get any closer to the ocean than this one bedroom, end unit condo that has a DIRECT OCEAN VIEW. Sit on your deck and listen to the waves roll in or take a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and night life Dewey Beach has to offer. You could also take a short ride on the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach. Wireless Internet and Pet Friendly! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. One parking space provided. Available full weeks during the summer or weekends and weeks in the off-season. Guest pays $100 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  This is our 6th year staying at Sunspot and we absolutely love it. The condo is a little on the smaller side but perfect for us. We love enjoying our meals at the dining table that is directly in front of a large window facing the ocean. The place is clean, located in the perfect location and very quiet. This past year we even extended our vacation by a week because we hated the idea of leaving. Highly recommend not only this unit but the realtor as well - super friendly and helpful.

  This is our 5th year staying at Sunspot 109 and it has become our happy place, our second home. The condo is absolutely perfect for us, we love eating our meals at the table in front of the window so we can watch the ocean. The bed is extremely comfortable and the unit is very clean and quiet, can't imagine staying anywhere else.

  Daughter, dog and I decided we would take this one bedroom condo for our week at the beach. We made it work because we had to. It’s a great location, but very minimal. The kitchen has postage stamp counter space and there are no laundry machines. The AC is uneven also; living room is cool, but bedroom is warm. This condo is good for couple on a getaway, but for father/daughter, one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed.

  We have stayed in 109 Sunspot for several years now and absolutely love the place. The location can't be beat and the place is the perfect size for myself and my husband. The unit itself is quiet as is the building's location, no noise sounds at all and nothing beats watching the moon and sun rise from your own private balcony.
