Unit 204 is a 2 BR, 1.5 BA, corner unit located on the third floor of the building with OCEAN VIEWS from every room and a fabulous oceanfront balcony. You'll enjoy the renovated kitchen, bathroom, and the addition of a powder room, making the inside of the unit almost as beautiful as the unobstructed ocean views. Additional amenities include central air conditioning, dishwasher, WiFi, Streaming Live TV, 1 assigned parking space and a shared outdoor shower. Savor your morning coffee or sunset cocktail while sitting on the oceanfront balcony, watching the waves lap at the shoreline. Walk to the fabulous restaurants and watering holes in Dewey Beach or hop on the Jolley Trolley to visit the boardwalk, unique shops and gourmet restaurants in Rehoboth Beach. Max occupancy of 4. No Pets or Smoking. Sorry, No washer or dryer.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guest pays $115.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off season. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  This condo was ideal for our small growing family. My pregnant wife and I enjoyed the well kept Queen master and our 4 year old daughter had her own room which I ended up sleeping with her a few nights so the trundle bed set up was a blessing in disguise. The updated attached half bath was also ideal because she gets up to use the potty most nights. The morning view from the balcony was incredibly peaceful and a great start to our days. We did venture down to the beach one morning because it was only a few steps away. Location wise it was great. The condo itself was well kept and recently updated, so it was very nice and esthetically pleasing . We loved the bathroom and even cooked a couple meals. Most places we love to visit were a nice walk away and beach setup was easy because we were right there. We plan on coming back and would gladly stay here again. Well worth the price and the location and views don’t get any better than what we experienced. We’ve had multiple friends and family ask us where we stayed based off of our pictures and we gladly share the info.

  Sunspot 204 is wonderful. This year there were updates made, more spacious rooms with some rearrangements of furniture and overall was more usable (who knew ~ we loved it before!). The positioning of the Condo on the corner of the building on the Ocean means we have the most beautiful view of the sunrises ~ for as far as we can see. Evenings are gorgeous ~ our weather was amazing. We host a Summer Solstice dinner each year ~ the space is so accommodating. We love it and hope to be back each year. Thank you for allowing us to share our experience.
