WOW! 206 Sunspot has been totally renovated and even has an in-unit washer/dryer! Beach front unit offers gorgeous ocean views from it's 3rd floor location. Morning coffee and happy hour cocktails on the oceanfront deck will be your daily routine during your Dewey Beach vacation! Walk to restaurants, bars and shops in Dewey or hitch a ride on the Jolly Trolley for the 5 minute ride to downtown Rehoboth. Master Bedroom offers a 1/2 Bath. There is one designated parking spot and 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit provided. Your furry family member is welcome too, (with a pet fee.) Wifi Internet access provided + Smart TV with Firestick. Guest pays $110.00 cleaning fee for off-season stays under 7 nights. Note that 2nd bedroom offers a queen over queen bunk bed. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  Lovely location, experience with Realty/management co was perfect.
  Would recommend noting more items that were not included or please provide. For example, hand soap/dish soap/dw pods/wipes for cleaning as remotes were gross. Maybe provide in a gift bag with your logo and coupons or your brochure?! It would help greatly and include in cleaning fee? Just an idea to be able to use the space immediately without having to shop when arriving.

  This was our second stay at the Sunspot property. This unit was much nicer than the one we stayed in last time, but this unit was remodeled. The location cannot be beat. The view from the balcony quick access to the beach and the town...perfect. Just few things that keep me from giving a 5 star rating... all fixable things. The shower drain was clogged numerous times, and my husband had to plunge it and clean out the drain...gross and on vacation! The bottom of the shower curtain liner was filthy and covered with mold. The ceiling fans in the master bedroom and balcony did not work. We contacted the rental office /Berkshire Hathaway, and they did send someone check it out, and said it was probably a battery, and he said he would get back to us. We never heard from him or the rental property, so no ceiling fans. When we arrived the unit was clean, and did not smell like dog, but the windows had not been adequately cleaned, as there were dog nose and paw prints on the windows. On the subject of dogs, while the until did not smell of dogs initially, you could smell a little "wet dog " smell coming from the rugs in the bedrooms as the week progressed. One recommendation I would make to the owners is to have detailed instructions on how to work the A/C units. We had a heck of a time figuring it out, but we finally got it through trial and error, and they worked very well. Also, please consider lamps in the bedrooms for those of us who like to read in bed. Only overhead lights in each room, so it was either dark or light.

  We love staying at the Sunspot #206. It's in a great location in Dewey with access to all the bars and restaurants but still really quiet when we sit out on the deck! We especially appreciate the chance to have our furry friends with us! We have been there close to 10 times and will continue to make it our first choice when visiting Dewey.

  This unit is super clean, newly renovated, and very comfortable. The beach front, direct ocean location cannot be beat! Nice kitchen, beautiful bathroom shower, and comfy beds. I would recommend renting this for two to four people. It sleeps six, but the second BR is a queen bunk. We stayed off season and still had the best time, as we could sit on the porch and look at the ocean and beach 24/7. loved it!
