MINI-WEEKS AVAILABLE! No worries if you can't stay an entire week! Located in the heart of Dewey Beach in the Ocean Block, this 2 Bedroom, 2 Recently Renovated Bath Condo has it all. With accommodations for five, this ground floor unit has plenty of room and amenities for the entire family. Walk to restaurants, bars and shops of Dewey Beach; walk or bike to Rehoboth as well! Wireless Internet and two assigned parking space are provided. All of the beds, HVAC system, kitchen and appliances, and bathrooms have been recently updated! Plus, there is an in-unit washer/dryer! No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $115.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

  This is a great place to stay in a very lively location.
  
  The rental was clean and well-maintained. The washer/dryer was convenient and the a/c worked well. The open kitchen made it convenient for grazing during the day. The patio made the apartment feel extra roomy and I could listen to the music from the concert/club venue down the street.
  
  The boardwalk is a short drive or trolley ride away. It is also accessible via a 30 minute walk on the beach with rinsing stations at the boardwalk. Within easy walking distance there are numerous restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, mini-golf, etc.
  
  The recommended rental service for beach chairs, umbrellas, linens, delivered everything promptly and in good condition.

  Having two baths and an outdoor shower steps from our back door was great. The little front porch was great for getting noisy grandchildren out of the house to give the adults short breaks. Walking distance to a very sweet playground and a lot of stores. When we had a day visitor there was no problem finding street parking. Rear entrance had space for storing beach paraphernalia so the house did not get cluttered with it The kitchen is a full up-to-date kitchen; both a table and bar seating. A very comfortable and cozy 2 bedroom apartment.
