CHARMING AND JOYFUL PROPERTY WITH 2 COTTAGES!   When you're not sunbathing on Rehoboth's gorgeous beaches or exploring the town, you'll enjoy this wonderful property which is adorned with original artwork and comfortable, stylish furniture. Walk to Rehoboth's famed restaurants and unique shops or dine in and enjoy cocktails on the rear  patio, overlooking the beautifully landscaped, fenced back yard. The front cottage has two bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 Full Bed) and one bath.  The rear cottage has a Queen Bed and a half bath and is located in the back of the property and is perfect for those needing privacy! Home offers WiFi, Max, Prime & Netflix in addition to DirectTV with ESPN- rainy day binge watching covered! One parking space in driveway  + owner supplies 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits! Pets permitted with Fee. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Back cottage NOT available in colder months. Owner would consider monthly winter rental... please call office at 302-227-6554. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Our experience was good, enjoyed everything the house had to offer.
  
  The 1 thing that should be improved would the WiFi connection out to the cottage. It was highly unreliable and most times unusable in the cottage.
  
  Also the lady who came to water the plants early in the morning about gave us a heart attack.

  This is a great little place to stay. The living spaces are very roomy and spacious with beautiful furnishings, the bedrooms a bit cramped. Very well appointed and charming. Love the private backyard and fire table. Great response from our realtor when problems arose. Our family has deemed it our favorite place we have stayed at Rehoboth.
