This former model is fully equipped and decorated to the nines. Start your vacation off right with in this Peninsula beauty. The lower level has a family room, bedroom and private bathroom. The main floor has a wide open living area just off of the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with extra seating at the kitchen bar. An open deck off of the living area affords wonderful views. This floor also features a magnificent master bedroom and full bathroom. A screened porch is accessible from the master bedroom and dining area. Keurig Coffee Maker. The upper level has another sitting area with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Close to the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor and wave pools, restaurant, fitness center, tennis, hot tubs, spa and golf. Perfect home for a large group of family and friends or just a few of you!

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Beautiful home and it was beautifully furnished. My only complaint would be the neighbors. The woman at the end of the cul-de-sac would call and complain constantly. Mostly that the garage door was kept open too long. My friend who is handicapped stay with us for several days and he does not do steps. We did not have a garage door opener so it was very inconvenient to have to go in and open and close it every time he left it or came back from the pool. I was told by a board member of the Hué that they are trying to change the rules to make it a 30 day rental minimum to discourage people from renting there. This is very unfortunate. I’ve been coming to the Peninsula for 10 years and we love it but it has become very unfriendly.
