Beautiful and spacious Rehoboth Beach 4 BR, 4.5 BA townhome is just a short bike ride from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. This wonderfully appointed home offers a screened porch, 5 Smart TV'S, 1 TV with cable, wireless internet, beach chairs and 3 bikes . . . all in a pool community! You can even bike to Historic Lewes on the adjacent bike trail, accessible by a private entrance. Parking for 2 vehicles, plus plenty of nearby overflow parking. Pets are NOT permitted.
(3 night min stays are welcome in the off-season; guest pays a $190 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights). Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.   This property works out well for our family. Many sleeping options for our extended family to join us. Good location to “do it all.” Shopping, biking, beaches, restaurants. The bike path is our favorite feature, and we really appreciate the two bikes that the property supplies.

  We had a great vacation! Thank you! The townhouse was the perfect configuration for our family. We particularly liked liked the pool, the screened in porch, and the proximity to the access road. Additionally, the bikes and beach items were nice.

  We appreciated the the bedrooms. We had three nice size rooms which was perfect for the adults. The top floor was ample room for all our grandchildren to sleep and time away from us. They loved their own space.
  The three outdoor areas also was a great addition. Loved reading out of the main floor. Bikes and bike trail a real plus. Plenty of shopping minutes away.
  We will definitely be back to enjoy it all again.

  We spent an enjoyable week in this 4-bedroom townhome. We loved the decor, and how well organized and well-equipped it was. The home has 4 levels. It is in a nice neighborhood. Rehobeth Beach is 1.8 miles away, which is about a 5 minute drive. The neighborhood has a nice pool. We had a great time. On the first day the internet signal was weak, but the PenFed Realty agent quickly worked with Comcast to reset the router and the internet worked great after that. Their customer service was excellent. I have no complaints and highly recommend renting this vacation home.
