In the beautiful residential community of Canal Corkran, this premier vacation home is located just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach. Lovely home can be rented as a 5 bedroom home and you can also rent the "Studio" at an additional weekly price of $994/week with rental of main house only. (Please inquire) In total, there is enough room for you and 16 of your closest friends or family! Living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1st and 2nd floor master suites, a gourmet kitchen with a separate "catering" kitchen are just a few of the amenities offered. Relax on the screened porch, patio or around the in-ground swimming pool which is open from May 1 to Sept 30 (heated to approximately 85 degrees Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that photos online include the studio/6th bedroom, which must be rented separately at an additional weekly charge. Wireless Internet and 6 total parking spaces (4 in driveway and 2 in garage) are available. (Please note there will be a $75 weekly utility fee for charging electric vehicles). Guests staying under 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $175.00, $195.00 if studio is included. Sorry, No Pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.
