Living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1st and 2nd floor master suites, a gourmet kitchen with a separate "catering" kitchen are just a few of the amenities offered. Relax on the screened porch, patio or around the in-ground swimming pool which is open from May 1 to Sept 30 (heated to approximately 85 degrees Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that photos online include the studio/6th bedroom, which must be rented separately at an additional weekly charge. Wireless Internet and 6 total parking spaces (4 in driveway and 2 in garage) are available. (Please note there will be a $75 weekly utility fee for charging electric vehicles). Guests staying under 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $175.00, $195.00 if studio is included. Sorry, No Pets.
