GORGEOUS CANAL CORKRAN HOME! Beautiful and spacious, this five bedroom home offers all the luxury living you'll need on your vacation! Located in exclusive Canal Corkran, a lovely community just off Rehoboth Avenue Extended, 8 Wades Court is a two-story house with open living areas, chef's kitchen, delightful enclosed porch/Florida room, fabulous outdoor space with 2 patios and a shady yard, community pool, wireless internet and three parking spaces in the driveway plus two spaces in garage. Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for stays 7 nights or over. Guests pay $260 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. No Pets or Smoking Please. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  there were some upgrades which made the stay better. hallelujah the ice machine got upgraded. having ice was nice. was cleaner than previous years. thank you. overall a great stay. we loved the room and all the pillows and blankets. the well stocked kitchen provided all we needed to cook all week. lots of stuff in the garage for the beach. thanks!

  Great house - plenty of space for my family 8 adults & 1 kid. Wonderful location - easy bike ride thru Henelopen Acres to the beach. Plenty of parking. House came with beach chairs & boogie boards - wish there were bikes. Over all a great vacation -looking forward to staying there next summer.

  This is our second year staying at 8 Wades and it was just as lovely as the last time. It is a great house for multiple families to enjoy. The layout is perfect to have large meals together, spread out on the gorgeous patio, or hang in your comfortable room. Ample parking, and easy to walk or drive to local parks, beaches, restaurants and shops. We will be booking again for next year!

  Great space to accommodate larger groups. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Newer beds in one of the rooms and nice area rug in family room. The floors need a deep clean of the hardwoods. And some of the beds should be pulled out a couple times a year to clean baseboards and just general deep cleans

  we had a fabulous time staying at 8 wades. we will probably do it again next year if they let us. :) the rooms were big and comfortable and it was very nicely stocked with extra blankets and pillows. the kitchen had more supplies and appliances and dishware and stuff than i could have ever imagined. the garage also had so much extra stuff like chairs and boogie boards and kid beach stuff. next year i will definitely leave that stuff at home. the ac crashed on us our first day and gallo had someone there within the hour. after that everything ran smoothly and we had a great week.
