Located in the charming Bay Vista community, this cheery two story home offers relaxing screen porch and deck and spacious fenced- in yard for your fur baby, and a private pool. Pool closes 9/22/2025 Four off- street parking spaces, wireless Internet and gas grill too! Why pay in-town prices when you can have it all for a very reasonable weekly rate? Dog friendly with pet fee and addendum. (NO CATS!!) Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guest pays a $165 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. 1st fl BR & BA

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  This place was perfect for our 5 person family. Absolutely beautiful heated pool and hot tub with amazing landscaped yard. Really felt like a mini resort. Inside was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking and quite, private lot in a nice neighborhood by the bay. Would highly recommend!

  We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was clean, the backyard area with the screened-in porch, pool and hot tub was amazing, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The bedrooms were small, which we anticipated, but who hangs out in the bedroom while on vacation? The beds themselves were very comfortable. The location was great, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and close to everything, including the beach. The only negatives were the spotty WiFi and Roku TV. However, those things are not dealbreakers for us. We have already requested a reservation for next year and can't wait to return.

  The outside area was very accommodating. The pool was great but the water temperature could have been warmer. Nice hot tub for 4. Quality outside lounge chairs and umbrellas. The bedrooms are a bit small. Very well stocked kitchen. The steps to the loft style bedroom are narrow and open and a bit steep probably fine for younger people. Would have been nice to have a tv in one of the two main floor bedrooms. Would have preferred better cable tv, Roku was the tv source. Overall a cute beach vacation house.
