It's just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shops in Rehoboth and a few minutes to the bike trail which links Historic Lewes, The Cape Henlopen State Park and the Gordon's Pond State Park.  Wonderfully furnished townhome offers at total of 5 BR, 4.5 BA (1st Fl bedroom w/en-suite bath, three 3rd Fl bedrooms, one with en-suite bath, and the 4th Fl Master Suite with a spacious bath offering a separate whirlpool tub and shower, hair dryer... and a fireplace!) Enjoy your morning coffee or a happy hour cocktail on one of the many decks overlooking the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal.  Headed to the beach? The owners have graciously stocked their home with beach umbrellas, chairs, a table, beach mats and a cooler so no need to buy or pack those items! Having a pool day, there are also pool noodles galore for the kids!  If you happen to have a rainy day, you and the fam will love the 82 " QLED/4L High Def Smart TV in the living room and in the cooler months, you'll enjoy the cozy electric fireplace.  Additional thoughtful additions to make your stay enjoyable include a Nespresso espresso maker, coffee grinder, a blender and additional fans.  Sorry, No Pets or smoking please. Guests pay a $275 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.   The entire family enjoyed our stay. This is the nicest townhouse we stayed at in Rehoboth Beach. The location is about a mile from the beach. It is a 5 minute walk from the playground/farmer’s market. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. We are looking forward to staying there again.

  As always, we enjoyed our beach week at the Church Street Edgewater Park development. The 5 bedroom units and location fit our family perfectly. I will say that this unit 19855, was the nicest and most well kept condo we’ve stayed in for many years. It was beautifully decorated and upgraded with things like surround sound and great shower heads to name a few. I do wish every unit would keep brooms and dust pans and brushes on each floor. It would be much easier to keep up with the sand situation, and make it a little easier on the cleaning crews. We will definitely try to stay in this same unit next year once we can pin down everyone’s schedule.

  This is the 2nd year we've rented this property - it's the right combination of size, location, and cleanliness for our group. Great spot for picking up the biking trails or walking into/out of town. Very clean. The decks (one on each level) give a good view of the canal. My only knocks - the pool doesn't have umbrellas (although you can bring your own) and there's room on-property for only 2 cars (but that can be worked around). Props to Kim at PenFed realty - we've been using her as our rental agent for decades (literally) and she does a great job taking care of us. And everyone I've talked to at PenFed has been very responsive and helpful.

  1) provide guests with a Welcoming Binder explaining some things such as proper use of amenities including the smart TV for streaming ( we were familiar but other guests may not)
  2) Could not locate a Keurig but had coffeemaker and espresso
  3) Provide each bathroom with "over-the-door" hooks for changing clothes

  the place was very nice and nicely furnished. my only issue was the kitchen table chairs. they were/are definitely on the cheap side. my brother just sat in one and it broke under him. if that was my 74 year old mother there might have been an issue.

  My family and I had a great week here. Spacious. Conformable. We used the back yard for some games - bocce, badminton, ladder ball. Grilled a few nights. Enjoyed the pool. Just loved it!
