Mornings start with your choice of a drip coffee maker or a Keurig, and the screened three-season porch is the perfect spot to enjoy that cup, or a glass of wine at sunset. Fire up the gas BBQ grill for a family cookout, then settle in for the evening. Split system A/C keeps every room comfortable on the warmest summer nights.

If the weather turns, no one will be bored. The house is stocked with books and games, and five Smart TVs with cable mean everyone can find something to watch. When the sun is out, grab the beach chairs and beach umbrella provided and head to the sand without packing a thing. Rinse off afterward in the shared outdoor shower, and use the shared washer and dryer to keep the sandy towels under control (both are shared with the small cottage at the rear of the property). Cyclists will appreciate the outdoor bike rack, and parking is easy with three driveway spaces plus one assigned street spot.

Please note: this is a no-pets, no-smoking property.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.
