Lots of living and dining space on the first floor of this large property. Watch FIOS cable or a movie on the ROKU TV. The bright & airy interior has floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors allowing natural sunlight to fill the space featuring modern beach décor and new furnishings. First floor features a wonderful kitchen with an island and dual ovens perfect for preparing gourmet meals! A Coffee Bar with both Keurig and drip coffee makers helps start the day. Grill up your favorites on the gas barbecue just outside the rear kitchen door.

The dining room houses a large table with seating . A hall bathroom and full-size washer/dryer provide easy one level living. An office area with full-sized lift-top desk, 27-inch monitor, and executive chair provides a separate work area. The office houses games, books, and a lounge chair for relaxation. A primary bedroom with King bed and private bath rounds out the spaces on the first floor. The second floor has a second primary bedroom with a Queen and private bathroom as well as two bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of these rooms has two sets of bunk beds with trundles.

Spread out on any of the four covered porches after a day exploring the local area. Lounge or dine in a variety of Adirondack chairs, patio tables and comfy cushioned seats. The owners have included so many extra features for your use - pool table, tennis rackets, bikes, fishing poles, pack & play and more!.

The community has 225 acres of protected nature reserve adjoining the bay. Guests may enjoy spectacular sunrises, nature walks, birdwatching, world class golf, Olympic-sized indoor heated pool with sauna, outdoor adult heated pool and hot tub, family sandy beach Wave Pool, large kids game room, billiards room, wine room, outdoor fire-pit, bocce ball court, 9-hole mini-golf, golf simulator, pro shop, driving range and putting green, walking / biking paths and trails, private bay beach, kayak & paddle board rentals, bike rentals for all sizes, fishing pier, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, full-service Spa, state-of-the-art Athletic Center / gym with weight room, yoga studio, snack shack, year-round clubhouse events.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets. Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

    This was our second time staying in this home. It’s great for 2 families and has a nice office space. This year they added a beach cruiser to their bike collection which was a wonderful and appreciated addition.

    The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows and tall ceilings are breathtaking. The decor is beachy and all the decks are glorious. I was originally worried about the location from the amenities but it’s an easy bike ride to the pool. The community is quiet and nice for the kids to bike around in. The only thing I felt the house was lacking were 20 inch bikes for the kids. They do have large adult bikes and little kids but nothing for teens. We were able to rent these from the concierge but I would recommend calling ahead so you don’t need to wait.
