Just one house back from the beach, this beautifully appointed beach house will delight the senses with fragrant and crisp ocean breezes, the warmth of the sun and the magical feeling of sand in your toes! Your beach vacation couldn't be more perfect! Mere steps to the ocean and a short walk to the boardwalk and the wonderful shops and restaurants of downtown Bethany, this home sleeps 11 of your favorite people! The open floor plan with spacious living room, dining area and kitchen allows your entire crew to dine, relax, play cards or watch TV comfortably. In the occasion of rain, you'll be able to binge watch your favorite shows on one of the numerous Smart TVs throughout the home! Other great features include an outdoor shower, screened porch, gas grill, a second refrigerator and plenty of parking in garage & driveway. The owner graciously supplies one Bethany Beach Parking Permit too! No Pets or Smoking Please.
Guests pay $290 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  We loved the house and the proximity to the beach access and walk downtown. The house has great views of the beach from the front windows and upstairs screened in porch. The beach access is across the street and walk downtown is approximately 6 minutes. Beautiful, clean home.

  Fantastic location - short walk from the house to the sand - no traffic to avoid - totally safe for everyone young and older. Rental house was immaculate and everything worked. Also, well stocked with day-to-day stuff like TP and paper towels as well as pots and pans, etc. Very spacious house - lots of room to spread out so everyone could do “their own thing” when not at the beach (reading, jigsaw puzzles, Fussball (soccer) on TV, relaxing and so on. Working summer rentals through Berkshire Hathaway is definitely a major (huge!) improvement over our previous experiences with other rental agencies in the area.

  House was fantastic - location was ideal for both taking kids/grandkids to the beach and for exploring the entire coast from OC to Lewes. Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth have been and continue to be our favorite total-family summer vacation destination in the US. Everybody - both older and younger - had a terrific experience.

  All perfect, but, as warned before rental, it had A LOT of steps and that made it difficult for us. (We're 85)
