Outdoor Space: Features 2 balconies overlooking Rehoboth Avenue.
Sleeping Capacity: Accommodations include 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, and 1 Queen sofabed.
Bonus Linens: This home comes with beds made and a towel set for each guest, (sorry, no beach towels).
Amenities: Includes games, books, puzzles, 2 smart TVs, window air conditioners and community washer and dryer access.
Parking: 1 assigned parking spot and 1 Rehoboth Beach parking permit are provided.
Restrictions: No pets or smoking permitted. Guests pay a $170 cleaning fee for all stays. Unit comes with sheets on beds and bath towel sets, (NO beach towels).

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

  Rental location would be better if it was off season season. The beach is a bit of a walk if you’re hauling a few things. But I’d stay during the off season no problem. The condo layout was very cute. It could use a few items like an iron, broom and dust pan. The fridge door didn’t shut all the way so we use a case of beer to lean against it 😉. Other than that, we enjoyed our time.

  Clean and well-maintained. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. The City of Rehoboth parking pass was a nice touch as we could pack all of our stuff for the beach in the car, drive down to permit parking and walk a short distance to the sand.
